The 3M™ Versaflo™ Breathing Tube BT-30 features a self-adjusting length for improved fit and reduces risk of catching or snagging. A breathing tube connecting the air source with the headtop is required to ensure that clean air reaches the headtop reliably and with unrestricted airflow. The breathing tubes offered are compatible with all 3M™ Versaflo™ Headtops and Air Delivery Units.

Size: Medium/Large. The 3M™ Versaflo™ S-533L Hood is approved for use with certain 3M™ Powered Air Purifying and Supplied Air Respirator Systems.

It’s ready-to-use and has everything you need to get started. The TR-819E kit is approved for use with a wide range of Versaflo™ Soft Headtops S Series and Rigid Headtops M Series, and is ATEX certified and CE approved. For a convenient, ready-to-use kit for working in challenging environments with potentially explosive atmospheres, a 3M™ Versaflo™ Intrinsically Safe Powered Air Turbo Starter Kit TR-819E may be the ideal solution. Featuring the TR-819E, a complete powered air turbo, with an intrinsically safe motor, our kit offers comfort, modularity, control and ease of use. The TR-800 is approved to Zone 0 requirements and so may be suitable for areas where potentially explosive atmospheres are expected and permanent within normal operations. The starter kit includes intrinsically safe motor/blower (TR-802E), intrinsically safe battery (TR-830), battery attachment tool (TR-838), airflow indicator (TR-971), easy clean belt (TR-627), length adjusting breathing tube (BT-30), A2P filter (TR-6310E), filter cover (TR-6300FC), pre-filters (TR-6600), and single station battery charger (TR-641E). It’s approved for use with a wide range of Versaflo™ Soft Headtops S Series and Rigid Headtops M Series. The kit doesn’t include a headtop. It’s ATEX certified and CE approved.

3M™ Powered Air Respirator System Starter Kit PF-619E is a durable powered air respirator system designed for heavy duty environments at an affordable price. This starter kit includes a turbo unit, battery, charger and belt. For a durable, economical powered air respirator starter kit use 3M™ Powered Air Respirator System Starter Kit PF-619E. This kit includes a 3M™ PF-600E turbo unit, charger and belt. The 3M™ PF-600E turbo unit features audible and visual alarms that alert the user to low battery or if the flow rate falls below the manufacturer's minimum design flow rate of 160 l/min. The unit incorporates a simple button operation and the button is shielded to prevent accidental shut-off. It's designed to be compatible with loose fitting 3M™Versaflo™ M-200 and M-300 range of helmets, tight fitting 3M™ Promask™ FM3 and 3M™ Vision FM4 Full facepieces and the 3M™ DT-Series range of filters. The unit has an IP 65 rating with filters and decontamination plugs fitted to the filter and hose ports, making it suitable for cleaning by showering/water spray. The integrated battery is safely enclosed within the turbo unit casing and is rechargeable in-situ.

The 3M™ Versaflo(TM) S-Series High Durability Hood S-333G with integrated head suspension is cut to the same design as the S-133, but manufactured using a more durable, soft, quiet, low-linting fabric. It offers high levels of comfort including a ready to use integrated suspension.
