Thank you for choosing to purchase from PJD Safety Supplies. Upon receipt of your order, you may decide whether to keep or return any item bought from our standard range within 30 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. PJD Safety Supplies will pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error, or the material is deemed to be faulty. Returned items will be credited back to your original method of payment for the full amount of the purchase price.
Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty, we cannot accept the return of:
· Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
· Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
· Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range.
For any items returned to us that are not deemed to be in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging as supplied, no credit will be given.
All returns must be sent back to PJD Safety Supplies with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). To return any items please contact the PJD Safety Supplies sales team within 30 days of receiving delivery. An email will be sent to you with a unique returns number.
Returning the items does not affect your statutory rights.
For all goods returned there will be a restocking fee of 20% charged to your account.
