CleanSpace CST TM3ABE1P R SL Combined Filters are suitable for protection against airborne particulate (dust, mists and fumes), organic, inorganic and acid gases or vapours (boiling point >65C). CleanSpace CST Combined Filters are compact. They clip easily and directly into the CleanSpace PRO Power Unit (CST1002) and CleanSpace ULTRA Power Unit (CST1012). No adaptor is required. CleanSpace CST filters are enabled to collect filter usage data which can be accessed by the CleanSpace Smart App

A CleanSpace CST Full Face Mask is designed for use with the CleanSpace PRO Power Unit(CST1002) and CleanSpace ULTRA Power Unit (CST1012). It is suitable for applications where face protection and eye protection is required. A CleanSpace CST Full Face Mask clips to the power unit and provides respiratory, face and eye protection. It is comprised of an outer visor, inner mask and a five-point harness to evenly support the mask and power unit and provide ease of movement.

A CleanSpace CST Half Masks (including a CleanSpace CST Head Harness) is designed for use with the CleanSpace PRO Power Unit (CST1002) and CleanSpace ULTRA Power Unit (CST 1012). A CleanSpace CST Half Mask is made of soft silicone that readily moulds to the face and does not cause allergic dermatitis. The easy-to-locate clips secure the CleanSpace CST Half Mask to the Power Unit. The CleanSpace CST Head Harness attaches easily to connection points on the mask arms and can be removed for cleaning. A CleanSpace CST Half Mask (including a CleanSpace CST Head Harness) is NOT certified intrinsically safe.

Suitable for use in environments which require respiratory protection against airborne biohazards, particulates, dust. This device is Bluetooth™ enabled and able to connect to the CleanSpace Smart App.

A CleanSpace EX Half Masks are designed for use with the CleanSpace EX Power Unit (PAF-0060). The EX Half Masks clip quickly onto the power units and are easily unclipped for cleaning. The Half Masks are made of soft silicone that readily moulds to the face and does not cause allergic dermatitis. The CleanSpace EX Half Masks have been treated with an electrically conductive coating and have been approved for the use in Intrinsically safe environments

3M™ A1 Gas and Vapour Filters 6051 protect against organic vapours with boiling points above 65°C. Suitable for use with all 3M half and full face masks.

It’s ready-to-use and has everything you need to get started. The TR-819E kit is approved for use with a wide range of Versaflo™ Soft Headtops S Series and Rigid Headtops M Series, and is ATEX certified and CE approved. For a convenient, ready-to-use kit for working in challenging environments with potentially explosive atmospheres, a 3M™ Versaflo™ Intrinsically Safe Powered Air Turbo Starter Kit TR-819E may be the ideal solution. Featuring the TR-819E, a complete powered air turbo, with an intrinsically safe motor, our kit offers comfort, modularity, control and ease of use. The TR-800 is approved to Zone 0 requirements and so may be suitable for areas where potentially explosive atmospheres are expected and permanent within normal operations. The starter kit includes intrinsically safe motor/blower (TR-802E), intrinsically safe battery (TR-830), battery attachment tool (TR-838), airflow indicator (TR-971), easy clean belt (TR-627), length adjusting breathing tube (BT-30), A2P filter (TR-6310E), filter cover (TR-6300FC), pre-filters (TR-6600), and single station battery charger (TR-641E). It’s approved for use with a wide range of Versaflo™ Soft Headtops S Series and Rigid Headtops M Series. The kit doesn’t include a headtop. It’s ATEX certified and CE approved.

This starter kit includes a turbo unit, battery, charger and belt. For a durable, economical powered air respirator starter kit use 3M™ Powered Air Respirator System Starter Kit PF-619E. This kit includes a 3M™ PF-600E turbo unit, charger and belt. The 3M™ PF-600E turbo unit features audible and visual alarms that alert the user to low battery or if the flow rate falls below the manufacturer's minimum design flow rate of 160 l/min. The unit incorporates a simple button operation and the button is shielded to prevent accidental shut-off. It's designed to be compatible with loose fitting 3M™Versaflo™ M-200 and M-300 range of helmets, tight fitting 3M™ Promask™ FM3 and 3M™ Vision FM4 Full facepieces and the 3M™ DT-Series range of filters. The unit has an IP 65 rating with filters and decontamination plugs fitted to the filter and hose ports, making it suitable for cleaning by showering/water spray. The integrated battery is safely enclosed within the turbo unit casing and is rechargeable in-situ.
