Chemprotec is our premium quality, natural rubber latex, highly chemical resistant gauntlet. It protects against a wide array of chemicals, as well as protecting well against mechanical hazards including abrasion level 4 and even contact heat resistance. It is chlorinated, ergonomically shaped and has a rolled cuff. SC107 is the medium weight 60cm long version for protection up the arm.
Key Features:
- Abrasion Resistant: Achieves a maximum score of Level 4 for abrasion resistance as defined by European Standard EN388
- Chemical Resistant: Achieves type A chemical resistance according to EN ISO 374-1, for protection against at least 6 different chemicals
- Length: 60cm
- Closure: Beaded cuff for additional strength and prevention of liquid roll back
- Fit:Treated to harden the surface of the glove leaving it smooth to the touch
- Heat Resistant: Achieves Level 1 for Contact Heat according to EN407. Can withstand temperatures of 100ºC
- Primary Coating Polymer: Latex
- EN ISO 374-5 Protection: Conforms with the requirements of EN ISO 374-5, for protection against bacteria & fungi
- Lining: Unlined for easy donning, and also allows for an under glove to be worn for added comfort
- Chemical Resistant: Provides protection against a wide range of chemicals and cleaning agents
