EVO®2 is a true evolution of the long established MK®2 and Mk®3 helmets, which were first launched in the 1970’s, the EVO®2 retains the JSP signature styling while incorporating developments first seen in the EVO®8. Packed full of the latest protection technology and features such as the Evolution® 3D Adjustment™ harness system, Revolution® Wheel Ratchet or the unique OneTouch™ Slip Ratchet, which can be adjusted using one hand in a single swift movement.

Protects the user from harmful gasses, vapours and dust particles. Easily attached to respirator, very little maintenance required. JSP BME330-000-000 Filter conforms to EN14387 and EN143 Safety Standards.

Underneath the textile cover is a tough HDPE shell and a lightweight EPP impact liner. Reflective areas on the side panels of the cover and reflective piping around the peak. The cover has large open weaved panels allowing the easy transfer of cool air.

The new HardCap™ A1+ is another major innovation from JSP in head protection design. Designed to exceed the most recent standards, EN812:2012, years of thought and design iterations have been undertaken to develop a product that is unrivalled in both performance and style. Sleek and low profile, it’s almost impossible to distinguish from a standard ‘high street’ baseball cap. The unique angled adjuster designed to fit under the occipital bone at the rear of the skull means that one size really does fit all, particularly when combined with the castellated protective liner. The liner is removable, therefore the cap part is machine-washable for hygiene purposes. It has a terrytowelling sweatband for added comfort and all colour-ways have subtle reflective piping for added visibility safety.

A direct evolution of the ever popular HardCap™ A1+, the HardCap AeroLite® represents the forefront of innovation within the JSP head protection range, providing complete protection in its category by meeting the requirements of the EN812:2012 Standard. Developed and refined by JSP Ltd.´s in-house Research and Development department the HardCap AeroLite® weighs less than 135g without compromising on performance. Consistently passing and exceeding the required impact tests the HardCap AeroLite® is the best performing lightweight bump cap on the market.

The mask is made with a durable thermoplastic rubber offering a superior fit to most face shapes. The mask accepts the full range of low profile Force™8 filters giving the Force™8 the flexibility to be used for many applications, providing filtering protection against particulates, many gases and vapours.

EVO® VISTAlens® is a next generation feature-rich safety helmet based on proven Evolution® head protection technology, incorporating a fully retractable optical class 1 integrated overspec with B-rated impact resistance. The eyewear is interchangeable, allowing users to swap the overspec for a VISTAshield® faceshield, to ensure the appropriate protection is on hand when required. The EVO®VISTA® has been developed from the ground up to seamlessly integrate with a wide range of above the neck PPE. Fitted with the Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet harness, the helmet is designed to reduce pressure for the perfect fit and all-day comfort.
