This Detectamet™ Metal Detectable Heavy-Duty (HD) Retractable Pen with Standard Ink is x-ray visible and metal detectable. It is made from polymer and food contact approved materials to help meet FDA and EU regulations for safe food contact. The rugged construction helps reduce breakage under stress to increase longevity. In addition, the shatterproof body helps avoid small pieces from entering manufacturing lines. The ink will outlast a writing endurance of over 6 mi. (10km) and the refill system design helps make cartridge replacement simple.
